If you're applying for a Hayward concealed carry license, our certified instructors provide the department-approved training required to meet all local and legal standards."
The Hayward CCW training is designed to provide the student with an understanding of the attitude, skills, and knowledge necessary to prepare them for the unexpected encounter for which they might find themselves. This firearms course was designed for the beginner to advanced shooter who is looking to gain their Hayward Conceal Carry license.
The following topics will be covered in the CCW class, but this is not a comprehensive list as we do our best to tailor the class topics to the needs of the given audience participants.
This is not a beginner’s pistol class. It is expected you are proficient in the use of your firearm. Attendance of this CCW class alone does not guarantee successful passing of the class. If you need a beginner pistol class please let us know and we can schedule something with you before you attend this class.
Range fees are $50 per student. Includes qualification, targets, and training completion certificate, and a copy of The Law of Self Defense (by Andrew Branca.) No extra charge if qualifying with multiple firearms.

Please do not bring any ammunition into the classroom. Handguns must be unloaded and cased.
DO NOT BRING ANY AMMO INTO THE CLASSROOM – LEAVE IT IN YOUR VEHICLE TRUNK!
