We offer regularly scheduled Concord CCW training. Our goal is to make you confident in handling and using a firearm.

Concord CCW Training
2A Firearms Academy is honored to be among the limited number of firearm training providers officially approved by the Concord Police Department to deliver CCW training for new applicants and renewals. If you're pursuing your Concord concealed carry permit, our certified instructors provide the trusted, PD-authorized instruction required to meet all training requirements.
The Concord CCW course is designed to meet the training requirement set by the Concord Police Department for individuals seeking their concealed carry permit. This course gives students the essential mindset, marksmanship fundamentals, and legal understanding needed for responsible concealed carry.
The following topics will be covered in the CCW class, but this is not a comprehensive list as we do our best to tailor the class topics to the needs of the given audience participants.
Please note: This is not a beginner-level course. Students should already be comfortable operating their firearm. If you need basic firearms instruction, we can schedule a separate beginner session prior to this training.
The training is approximately 8 hours of classroom work and 8 hours of range time. The time will vary depending on number of students and their ability. Classes of less than 6 participants will be rescheduled to the next class date.
Range fees are $50 per student. Includes targets, and training completion certificate, copy of The Law of Self Defense (by Andrew Branca.) No extra charge if qualifying with multiple firearms.

You must bring ALL guns and equipment listed above to class.
Please do not bring any ammunition into the classroom. Handguns must be unloaded and cased.
DO NOT BRING ANY AMMO INTO THE CLASSROOM – LEAVE IT IN YOUR VEHICLE TRUNK!
Whether your moving towards a target or the target moves towards you, we train you in the proper way to handle both situations. Our new Attack Target travels towards you from 7 yards away in 1.5 seconds.
